The office number listed here on the website goes straight to voicemail. My clients get another unpublished number that they can reach me at quickly. So, don’t worry.  Once you are a customer, you won’t have to leave a voicemail at my office unless you want to.

Before taking on a new client, I need to come out to look at your business operation. I need to see what kind of setup you have, how many computers you have, what kinds of computers, what software you are running, how things are networked, etc. There are many variables.

We can chat and get to know each other a little bit. If you and I agree that it feels like a good fit, we can take the next step.

Please understand that I do not take on every new client that wants me to just come in and fix their computers. Past experience has taught me that some companies are a good fit, while others just aren’t. I will turn down the work if I don’t think I am a good fit for your situation.
